If you have received an email regarding a declined payment, you can resolve it by logging into Pozible. After you have logged in, a ‘red bar‘ will be visible on the top of the Pozible web page. By click on the ‘red bar’ you will be navigated to a payment portal where you can and re-enter and submit your credit/debit card details. Your payment will be processed immediately and if the credit/debit card has been accepted you will receive an pop-up prompt and a confirmation email..
Project Creator FAQ's
Below is a few of the frequently asked questions by our Project Creators:
1. When will pledges be collected/captured?
Pledges will be collected & captured when the amount pledged for the project has reached its funding goal. After the project reaches 100% of the funding target, all subsequent pledges are captured straight away.
2. What are declined payments? Why does it happen?
When Pozible captures funds pledged to a project, there are instances when the pledge amount cannot be captured from the supporters credit/debit card. There is a number of reasons for this but it's usually caused by a recently expired card, a cancelled card, an issue with available funds, a limitation on the card or with international authorisation in Australia.
3. How long does it take Pozible to transfer funds into my account?
Typically, funds are transferred to the project creators bank account within 3-5 business days of the project deadline. If we encounter declined credit/debit card payments, Pozible will seek to capture these outstanding payments during the 7 day period after the project deadline. After 7 days, the payment portal for your project will be closed;the remainding outstanding payments will be captured and the funds will be transferred. In some circumstances, the processing and funds transfer can take up to 14 days.
4. Does Pozible transfer funds to overseas accounts?
Yes, Pozible can transfer funds to all major international bank accounts. Project creators should allow up to 7-10 days to process international bank fund transfers. Funds will be transferred in Australian Dollars only and any conversion of funds into other currencies should to be discussed with your bank prior to the bank fund transfer. Pozible does not cover the cost of international bank fund transfers and any extra bank charges will be deducted along with the transaction fees and the Pozible service fee.
The timeframe for projects is set to 1-90 days. We recommend 50-60 days.
