Yarns
Project Updates
So far, we've had a few of the seniors that have contributed stories read the drafts. The response has been very positive! Some have even been moved by reading about their own lives.
This has been a great experience for both the young people and the seniors... and we're not even done yet!
If you think this project sounds worthwhile, please help us along by donating today!
We are well on our way to having the book realised. Half the stories have been handed in for approval by contributors and editing will commence shortly.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far.
This short video was put together by Chris Brailey and Matthew Green.
Our initial goal was to collect 20 stories.
So far we've collected stories from 19 people. We have another 5 scheduled for their interviews and a further 3 potential contributors that we are waiting to be confirmed.
Thanks to everyone who has contributed a story - you've given us some amazing material to work with!
Also, thanks to everyone who has supported this project so far - with donations and in other ways. You're making this idea become a reality.
